Going for a bridal model shoot-up can be a hectic task and unless you don’t know what you are getting into, both you and the photographer will be frustrated. But fret not we are here to resolve your issues, read on!

1. Whenever you are going for a bridal shoot-up always send the right measurements of your body, it is essential or you will be left embarrassed when the time comes to wear the bridal dress.
2. Ask in advance about the fabric design and color of the bridal wear, so that you come prepared if you have to bring your makeup box and shoes with you. Choosing the right combination is essential and preparing in advance will help you out in picking the right blend.
3. Sometimes the company holding the bridal shoot-up will not provide you with makeup or any other accessories like chains, necklace, rings etc., so you will have to ask them in advance and prepare for that by bringing your own makeup and accessories. And not only that you may have to do the makeup and hairstyle yourself too so be ready for that.  Especially in televised bridal programs, shoes and makeup is not provided so keep that in your knowledge.
4. Beauty sells, and unless you are looking gorgeous in the shoot-up you won’t be a success. Be happy and casual and be at ease at all times. You don’t want to have frown lines appear in all photos; it will make you look bad. Be prepared to do what the photographer is directing you to do and always follow his lead. Remember in fashion industry it is all about looking beautiful and owning the shot and if you aren’t willing to do that then you won’t be successful.
5. Be on time, it is one essential requirement that you have to fulfill and we can’t stress that enough. If you are on time then you can prepare thoroughly and there are many mishaps that can materialize like the gown not fitting, makeup issues, bridal shoes not being a fit, a tear in the dress, hairstyling may take time and many other issues can popup.
